Hanif Lehmann *1971

Hanif Lehmann was born in July 1971, in Rochlitz/Saxonia.

From 1989 to 1990 he attended evening courses at the Hochschule für Bildende Kunst (University of Fine Arts) in Dresden Bautzen, which were given by Hans Kurzschke.

1991 to 1992 stays abroad in Spain and England.

From 1992 to 1998 he studied painting and graphic arts at the University of Fine Arts, Dresden, with Siegfried Klotz, Wolfram Hänsch, Claus Weidensdorfer and Ralph Kerbach.

In 1996 he established his own printing workshop, and founded the Widukind Press, Dresden, in which original-graphic books and portfolios appear.

Since 2005, individual and group exhibitions, inter alia, in Attendorn, Radebeul, Dresden, Pirna, Decin, Prague, Usedom, Plaue,  Frankfurt…

Work in  public libraries/collections in Stuttgart, Berne, Marbach, Weimar, Dresden, Leipzig, Frankfurt, Wolfenbüttel, Nuremberg…
